All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the item was delivered. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Once we have processed your return, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to use to return the product(s) to us. $5.00 will be deducted from your store credit/refund amount to cover the return shipping charges.
